Once your design and options are selected, we will do a detailed price quotation based upon your desired specifications. Then we will do an on-site inspection of your building site to locate your future home on your property. Upon acceptance of the price quotation, floor plans with elevations are drawn. After receiving the blueprints, you will have the opportunity to review them together with an associate and finalize any changes. From here, your work is done, so bring your lawn chairs and watch your new home being built, as we will do the rest.
